Prediction of Job Procrastination with Job Burnout and Job satisfaction in Fars Province Red Crescent Society in 1397

Abstract :
Introduction: Organizations that are affected by Job Procrastination and job dissatisfaction. Physical, mental problems and Efficiency drop will be attributed to the characteristics of their employees and their organization, respectively. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction among Red Crescent staff of Fars province with job procrastination.
Method: This study was descriptive research from the correlation type that was conducted during Fars province Red Crescent in 1397. The statistical population included all staff, of which 180 were selected as the statistical sample from available method. For collected the data were using a questionnaire including questionnaires procrastination, burnout and job satisfaction that all of which have had acceptable reliability and validity. Data was analyzed using descriptive, correlation, regression statistical methods and SPSS software.
Results: Results showed that changes in the procrastination criterion by job burnout and job satisfaction variables are predicted to be 14.4% and 20%, respectively. The effect of job burnout and job satisfaction on the dependent variable of procrastination is direct and reverse respectively. Independent variables of emotional exhaustion, lack of personal accomplishment, inner satisfaction and general satisfaction (With 95% confidence) on the dependent variable, procrastination has effect direct, reverse, reverse, and reverse respectively. But, the effect of de-personality and outer satisfaction on the dependent variable is not statistically significant with 95% confidence.
Conclusion: Job burnout and job satisfaction have a high role in predicting procrastination and by preventing job burnout and promoting job satisfaction, procrastination staff can be reduced.
