  •   Title : Modified Locus of control inventory and its Psychometric Properties
  •   Abstract :
    Locus of control refers to perception person at place of receiver reinforcement. so, its light that perception controlling or uncontrollable outcomes cases different cognitive, emotion and behavior effected (Rotter, 1966). so, psychometric with good properties for locus of control assessment it's necessary. That aim of this research was determine modified (reliability and Validity) and confirmatory factor Structure of the Levenson's Locus of control Inventory among Iranian student. The participants of the Present Study Were Undergraduate Students of Shiraz University, 440 (221 girls and 219 boys). Were selected by multistage random cluster sampling method and answered the Levenson's Locus of control inventory (1972). The data analysis Showed that the inventory consists of two factors: internal Locus of control and external locus of control. They also had suitable validity, reliability and fitness.
