Title :
Company Performance Functions, Mental Capacity Flexibility and Motor Inconsistency in Commenting on Autism and More
-
Abstract :
Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare executive functions, mental flexibility and motor coordination in children with autism and hyperactivity.
Methodology: The present study falls into the category of causal-comparative studies according to the nature of the research topic and goals. The statistical population of this study consisted of all children with autism in Ardebil special schools as well as children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder referred to Fatemi Hospital. For this purpose, 20 autistic children and 20 hyperactive children were selected by convenience sampling. The tools used were the Conners Parent Form Questionnaire and the Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire and the Ostersky Motor Developmental Questionnaire. Frequency, mean, standard deviation and minimum and maximum scores were used to describe the data, and univariate analysis of variance and post hoc tests were used to analyze the data. The results of the tests were analyzed by SPSS software.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups of autism and overactive in executive functions (P <0.01, mental flexibility (P <0.01) and motor dysfunction (P <0.01)). This means that children with ADHD were better at executive functioning, mental flexibility, and motor coordination than autistic children.
Conclusion: In this study, the research hypotheses were confirmed and the results of previous research were in line with the results of the present study.
