Abstract :
Today, the word stress or stress has become one of the most common terms in psychology and psychiatry. Mental stress is one of the threats to mental health and physical health. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of social well-being, perceived stress and general health changes in coping with stressful conditions. The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The population under study in this study was all men and women in Rasht who were involved in respiratory disease COVID-19. Data were collected using social well-being, perceived stress, general health and coping stress questionnaires. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between coping strategies and social well-being (r = 0.90, p <0.01) and also there is a positive and significant relationship between coping strategies and perceived stress (0.01). There was a positive and significant relationship between coping strategies and general health (r = 0.22 p <0.01). Also, 112% of the total variance of stress coping strategies by social well-being 187% of the total variance of stress coping strategies by perceived stress and 12% of the total variance of stress coping strategies by the components of general health. Every day we are bombarded with information about the number of people infected, recovered and deceased from the language of people, official media and social media. Try to live in the present moment. Keep in mind that worry is the result of thinking and living in the future, while doing the right things at the moment and now you can manage and overcome these situations as well as possible. The researcher's assumption at the beginning of the research was that there was no comprehensive and extensive research on the subject of the present study. Was present. All data were collected using a questionnaire, so the psychological conditions of the subjects in this critical condition of society influenced the way of responding. It is suggested that the research variables should be measured and evaluated under normal conditions.
