Title :
Comparison of stress, anxiety and burnout between electrical engineers of Taklad Company and electrical engineers of Ofogh Company (Iran Mall Entertainment-Commercial Project)
-
Abstract :
Background & objectives: The main purpose of this study was to compare the level of stress, anxiety and burnout between the electrical engineers of Taklad Company and the electrical engineers of Ofogh Company (Iran Mall Entertainment-Commercial Project). The research was comparative in terms of applied purpose and causal in terms of research method. The statistical population of this research is the electrical engineers of Taklad Company and the electrical engineers of Ofogh Company.
Methods: The statistical sample of the research was based on the formula of determining the volume of Cochran of Electrical Engineers of 50 people and electrical engineers of Ofogh Company of 50 people. The sampling method was simple random. Data collection tools were Maslach Burnout Questionnaire (1981) and DOS Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire (1998).
Results:Independent t-test was used to analyze the data. Considering that the value of the calculated significant level for stress, the error level is less than (0.05), so it is concluded that the difference between the mean of the two groups of electrical engineers of Taklad Company and Engineers Ofogh Company electricity in stress is significant and the average equality of the two communities is rejected. Due to the fact that the calculated significance level for burnout and the dimensions of emotional fatigue and depersonalization, the error level is less than (0.05),Therefore, it is concluded that the difference between the mean of the two groups of electrical engineers of Taklad Company and Ofogh Company electrical engineers in burnout and the dimensions of emotional fatigue and depersonalization is significant and the average equality of the two societies is rejected. On the other hand, considering that the calculated level of significance for personal incompetence is higher than the error level of (0.05), so it is concluded that the difference between the mean of the two groups of electrical engineers of Taklad Company and Ofogh electrical engineers in incompetence Personality is not significant and the average equality of the two societies is confirmed.
Conclusion: The results indicate that the difference between the mean of stress, anxiety and burnout between the two groups of electrical engineers of Taklad Company and Ofogh electrical engineers in stress, and the dimensions of emotional fatigue and depersonalization are significant and the average equality of the two societies is rejected. And the amount of stress and burnout among the electrical engineers of Taklad Company is more than the electrical engineers of Ofogh Company and the amount of anxiety among the electrical engineers of Taklad Company is more than the electrical engineers of Ofogh Company.
