Abstract :
Introduction:The main purpose of preparing this seminar is to help deaf children to be active in society by using mindfulness programs such as yoga, and also with the exercises that this program provides them to be able to find professional rehabilitation and many problems. Solve your inner self by using these exercises.
In this research, an attempt has been made to show the benefits and advances in the field of hearing loss or deafness by providing the necessary and main concepts as well as citing previous research.
Methods: This research is based on the search for specific words such as: yoga, yoga in exceptional groups, yoga in the deaf, the benefits of yoga in exceptional children through the Google scholar database
Conclusion: Today, people and researchers interested in the field of deafness are studying the effects of mind and body. Yoga is a complementary method of mind-body interaction that has been proposed as an alternative medicine today. A milestone for the deaf is yoga, which can bring the relationship between body and mind closer.
Due to the communication and movement training in yoga, deaf people will be able to make significant progress day by day, so that after a few sessions, those around them will be amazed at their level of mental balance, emotional stability and concentration.
