اختلالات اضطرابی از جمله شایعترین اختلالاتی هستند که در کودکان و نوجوانان دارای شیوع 9/1 تا 4/7 درصد در سراسر جهان می باشد. اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی دارای ترس شدید و پایدار از یک یا چند موقعیت اجتماعی یا عملکردی و اجتناب زیاد از این موقعیت هاست. تحقیقات نشان داده اند که هیجان ها و توانمندی های شناختی نقش مهمی در این اختلال دارند. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه دارای طرح توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر شهر مشهد بود. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. نمونه این مطالعه شامل 254 دانش آموز دختر بین12 تا 18 سال بود. برای این پژوهش از آزمون چشم ها ، آزمون طرحواره هیجانی لیهی و آزمون اضطراب اجتماعی لاجرسا استفاده گردید. تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه صورت گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که تئوری ذهن و طرحواره های هیجانی می توانند تا 66 درصد از واریانس اضطراب اجتماعی را پیش بینی کند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت تئوری ذهن و طرحواره های هیجانی در اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی، میتوان از این مولفه ها برای پیشگیری و درمان این اختلال کمک گرفت.

Background: Anxiety disorders are the most common disorders in children and adolescents with a prevalence of 1.9 to 7.4% worldwide. Social anxiety disorder has a strong and persistent fear of one or more social or functional situations and excessive avoidance of these situations. Research has shown that emotions and cognitive abilities play an important role in this disorder. Material and methods: This study was a descriptive study. The statistical population included all female students in Mashhad. Available sampling method was used to select the sample. The sample of this study included 254 female students between 12 and 18 years old. For this study, eye test, Leahy emotional schema test and Lajersa social anxiety test were used. The results were analyzed using SPSS software and multiple regression test. Results: The results of multiple regression tests showed that theory of mind and emotional schemas can predict up to 66% of the variance of social anxiety.conclusion: Given the importance of theory of mind and emotional schemas in social anxiety disorder, these components can be used to prevent and treat this disorder.
