بررسی رابطه بین جوّ‌مراقبانه و خودکارآمدی با نگرش به کارآفرینی کارکنان بیمارستان

•   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : سازمان ها برای تداوم حیات در عصر حاضر که عصر نوآوری است ناچار به کارآفرینی در ارائه خدمات و تولید محصولات خود می¬باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی جوّ‌مراقبانه و خودکارآمدی بر نگرش به کارآفرینی در بین کارکنان بیمارستان می باشد. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و ابزار گردآوری داده¬ها، پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد که پایایی و روایی آن ها تأیید شد. ابزار مورداستفاده برای تحلیل داده ها نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 می‌باشد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین جوّ‌مراقبانه و خودکارآمدی با نگرش به کارآفرینی رابطه وجود دارد (P

•   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : To survive in the present age, which is the age of innovation, organizations have to be entrepreneurial in providing services and producing their products. The aim of this study was to investigate the caring atmosphere and self-efficacy on the attitude towards entrepreneurship among hospital staff. This research is a descriptive correlation and data collection tool, standard questionnaires whose reliability and validity were confirmed. The tool used for data analysis is SPSS software version 25. The results of correlation test showed that there is a relationship between caring atmosphere and self-efficacy with attitudes toward entrepreneurship (P
