پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تجربه زیسته معلمان در دوره آموزش مجازی و تابآوری آنان در شرایط مواجهه با بحران انجام شد. روش انجام پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناختی بود. بدین منظور تا حد رسیدن به اشباع اطلاعاتی ۱۴ معلم ۶۰-۲۹ ساله شاغل در مدارس ابتدایی تهران به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به ابزار پژوهش که مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساخت یافته بود به شیوه فردی و آنلاین پاسخ دادند. از دادههای موجود پس از تحلیل چهار مضمون اصلی چالشهای موجود، راهبردهای مقابلهای، نگرشهای تسهیلگر و سازگاری با شرایط جدید استخراج شدند. نتایج مطالعه حاضر همسو با شواهد تجربی نشان داد که معلمان با سازگاری با شرایط جدید محتوا، ارائه، و روشهای ارزشیابی را تغییر دادند تا دانشآموزان را درگیر کنند و انتظارات تحصیلی آنان را حفظ کنند، بدون اینکه آنها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند یا در شرایط بحرانی استرس نابجا ایجاد کنند همچنین در مورد مدل مفهومی تابآوری با توجه به یافتههای حاضر بحث شد.

The aim of this study was to analyze the experience of teachers in the virtual education course and their resilience in during covid-19 pandemic. The research method was qualitative and phenomenological. For this purpose, until the information saturation was reached, 14 teachers in the avrage 29-60 years old working in elemenatry schools were purposefully selected. They individually and online answered to research tools that was the semi-structured interview. After analyzing the four main themes of the existing challenges, coping strategies, facilitator attitudes and adaptation to new conditions were extracted from the existing data. The results of the present study, in line with empirical evidence, showed that educators adapted content, presentation, and evaluation methods to adapt to new conditions in order to engage students and maintain their academic expectations, without affecting them or in terms of Critically create ectopic stress. The conceptual model of resilience was also discussed according to the findings.
