چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی :
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the resilience of newly divorced people and to determine its effect on their adaptation after participating in the divorce healing workshop. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design. The statistical population of the research included all divorced men and women referring to the counseling center located in Shahin Shahr city, who were divorced between April 1400 and October 1400. Among the 40 people of the statistical population, 36 people were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two groups of 18 people. A resilience training program was prepared for each of the groups. The first group underwent the program every day for 6 weeks, and the second group received training at the end of every week. Data analysis was done using univariate and multivariate covariance analysis using SPSS-20 software.
The results showed that (a) the participants significantly benefited from the divorce workshop in terms of adjustment to divorce and (b) the level of resilience before the workshop significantly and positively contributed to their adjustment to divorce after the workshop
