بیماری پدیدهای است که با ایجاد تغییرات ساختاری، روندی و عاطفی بر سلامت خانواده تأثیر میگذارد و اعضاء تلاش می کنند تا با استفاده از راهبردهای مختلف با آن سازگار شوند. در این مقاله با مرور پژوهش های انجام گرفته در حوزه مدیریت بیماری خانواده، به مفهوم مدیریت بیماری، ابزارهای سنجش مدیریت بیماری در خانواده و نقش خانواده در بهزیستی بیمار و ارتباط بین مولفه های عملکرد خانواده و مدیریت بیماری پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که ابزارهای مختلفی برای سنجش مدیریت بیماری از جمله سبک های پاسخدهی خانواده به بیماری و مدیریت بیماری خانواده در شرایط مختلف ساخته شده است. همچنین ارتباط بین مولفه های عملکرد خانواده و مدیریت بیماری نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های سازگاری، مشارکت، رشد، عاطفه و حل مسئله ارتباط معناداری با مدیریت بیماری در خانواده دارند. بنابراین خانواده یکی از ابعاد ارزشمند در پژوهش و درمان بیماریها بوده است و از نتایج این پژوهش می توان در جهت طراحی مداخلاتی بر مبنای آموزش خانواده ها برای کنترل بیماری هایی از قبیل کرونا استفاده کرد.

Disease is a phenomenon which affects the health of family by creating structural, procedural, and emotional changes, and members attempt to adapt themselves by using different strategies. The present study aims to review researches in the field of family disease using disease management concept, family disease management tools and the role of family in the patient’s wellbeing, and the relationship between the components of family function with disease management. The results show that different tools is made for assessing disease management such as the styles of family responding to the disease and family disease management in different conditions. Also, the relationship between the components of family function and disease management was assessed and the results indicated that the components of adjustment, partnership, growth, affection, and resolve have relation to disease management in family. So, family is a valuable aspect in research and treatment. This researches can be used for designing the interventions based on the family training for controlling diseases such as Covid-19.
