Background and purpose: The social adjustment of mothers with physically-motor disabled children depends on various variables, including guilt, social support and resilience. The relationship between these variables is important for recognizing and analyzing the factors that increase the social adaptation of these mothers; Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the above three variables with the level of social adaptation of mothers with physically-motor disabled children. Research method: This was a descriptive, correlational research in which 40 samples of mothers with physically disabled children were examined regardless of their education level and age. The research tools included Bell's social adjustment questionnaire, Kugler and Jones' guilt questionnaire, Vox's social support questionnaire and Connor and Davidson's resilience questionnaire, and data analysis was done using correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression. Findings and Conclusion: The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between three variables with the social adaptation of mothers with physically-motor disabled children, which is indirect in the case of guilt and direct in the case of social support and resilience. , in such a way that reducing the feeling of guilt and increasing social support and resilience leads to an increase in social adaptation.
