Abstract :
The present study is an evaluation of the role of self-differentiation and meta-cognition in predicting self-efficacy of the decision of the job path. The same distinction and meta-cognition as two independent variables and self-efficacy of the career path decision as an associated variable have been investigated. This research is considered as an applied research in terms of the purpose and the research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes all kidneys who work with the Red Crescent Society of North Khorasan. The sample size, based on the Krejcy and Morgan tables, was 280 people who were selected using the available sample sampling method. Two types of library and field studies have been used to collect information. Data gathering tool In this study, we used the short form of career self-efficacy decision scale, Wells meta-cognition questionnaire, and Scorner and Friedlander's differentiation questionnaire. SPSS software and regression test and Pearson correlation method were used to analyze the data. Findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between self-differentiation and meta-cognition with the self-efficacy of the career path decision. Also, there is a significant relationship between the degree of differentiation and the amount of self-efficacy of the career path decision. The meta-cognitive scores and the amount of self-efficacy of the decision-making path of the relationship There is a significant relationship between the differentiation and meta-cognition.
