  Abstract
  The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and quality of working life and the mediating role of job satisfaction in staff of Khajeh Nasir Kerman University of Technology. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all staff of Khajeh Nasir Kerman University of Kerman, 350, of whom 330 were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected using Lutz Psychological Capital Questionnaire (2007), Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (1973) and Job Descriptive Questionnaire (JDI). Structural equations with SPSS software version 23 and AMOS version 22 software were used for data analysis. The results of structural modeling analysis indicated that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and quality of working life with regard to mediating role of job satisfaction of faculty members and staff of Khajeh Nasir Kerman Cultural University.
