بررسی همبستگی مکانیسم‌های دفاعی با حساسیت پردازش حسی مادران دارای علائم شخصیت مرزی

•   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : حساسیت پردازش حسی در میان افراد دارای آسیب های روانی شیوع بالایی دارد و هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی همبستگی مکانیسم های دفاعی با حساسیت پردازش حسی در مادران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و جامعه آماری آن شامل تمامی مادران دارای علائم شخصیت مرزی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های روان شناسی و روان پزشکی در سال 1402-1403 بود. از آن بین تعداد 110 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده های مورد نیاز از دو پرسشنامه مکانیسم دفاعی (اندرز و همکاران، 1993) و حساسیت پردازش حسی (آرون و آرون، 1997) بدست آمده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط آزمون استنباطی همبستگی پیرسون و با کمک نرم¬افزار SPSS-24 انجام گرفت. بین سهولت تحریک از زیر مقیاس حساسیت پردازش حسی و دفاع‌های نا‌ارزنده‌سازی (205/0=r)، عقلانی سازی (199/0=r) و نظم و سازمان دهی (234/0=r) و بین حساسیت زیبایی و نا‌ارزنده‌سازی (149/0=r) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>p). همچنین بین زیر مقیاس آستانه حسی پایین با دفاع فرونشانی از سبک دفاعی رشدنایافته رابطه معکوسی معناداری وجود دارد (189/0=r؛ 05/0>p). می‌توان بیان داشت که مکانیسم‌های دفاعی ارتباط مستقیم و اثرگذاری بر حساسیت پردازش حسی مادران دارد.

•   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : Sensory processing sensitivity is highly prevalent among people with psychological trauma, and the aim of the present study is to investigate the correlation between defense mechanisms and sensory processing sensitivity in mothers. The present study is descriptive and its statistical population included all mothers with borderline personality symptoms who referred to psychology and psychiatric clinics in 2023-2024. From them, 110 people were randomly selected. The required data were obtained from two questionnaires: defense mechanism (Andrews et al., 1993) and sensory processing sensitivity (Aron & Aron, 1997). Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation inference test and SPSS-24 software. There is a significant relationship between the ease of arousal from the sensory processing sensitivity subscale and the defenses of devaluation (r=0.205), rationalization (r=0.199), and order and organization (r=0.234), and between aesthetic sensitivity and devaluation (r=0.149) (p<0.05). There is also a significant inverse relationship between the low sensory threshold subscale and the defense of suppression from the immature defense style (r=0.189; p<0.05). It can be stated that defense mechanisms have a direct relationship and influence on the sensitivity of sensory processing in mothers.
