هدف پژوهش حاضر رابطه بین ذهن آگاهی و خویشتن داری با نقش واسطه ای راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان دردانشآموزان متوسطه دوم مدرسه شهر انار است. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است و از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر زمان مقطعی میباشد، جامعه پژوهش جامعه آماری کلیه دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم مدرسه شهر انار میباشند که تعداد 850 نفر میباشند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 265 نمونه انتخاب شد. بهمنظور جمعآوری اطلاعات موردنظر و سنجش متغیرهاي تحقیق، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است که از پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان، ذهن آگاهی بائر و همکاران و خویشتنداری تانجی استفاده شد و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزارspss و pls استفاده شد که طبق نتایج حاصل از پژوهش اثر مستقیم ذهن آگاهی بر خویشتنداری دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم معنی دار است. اثر مستقیم ذهن آگاهی بر تنظیم هیجان دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم معنی دار نبود. اثر مستقیم تنظیم هیجان بر خویشتنداری دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم معنی دار نبود و اثر مستقیمی نداشت و تنظیم هیجان نقش واسطه ای معنی داری در رابطه بین ذهن آگاهی و خویشتنداری دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم نداشت.

The aim of the present research is to examine the relationship between mindfulness and self-control, with the mediating role of emotion regulation strategies among high school students in Anar City. This descriptive-correlational research method is applied in terms of its objective and is cross-sectional in terms of time. The research community consists of all high school students in Anar City, totaling 850 students, from which a sample of 265 was selected using Cochran’s formula and convenience sampling. To collect the necessary data and assess the research variables, questionnaires were used, including Gross and John’s Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Baer et al.’s Mindfulness Questionnaire, and Tangney’s Self-Control Scale. For data analysis, SPSS and PLS software were used. According to the results of the research, the direct effect of mindfulness on self-control among high school students was significant. However, the direct effect of mindfulness on emotion regulation among high school students was not significant. Additionally, the direct effect of emotion regulation on self-control among high school students was not significant, and emotion regulation did not have a significant mediating role in the relationship between mindfulness and self-control in high school students.
